Turnaround Time for Custom Invitations - Absolutely AEB
At Absolutely AEB, we strive to provide quality service and timely delivery for your custom invitations. Here’s an overview of our turnaround times based on the type of order you place:
1. Custom Printed Invitations:
- Order Confirmation: Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email within 24 hours.
- Design Proof:
- Within 2-5 business days, you will receive a digital proof of your invitation for your review. This allows you to ensure everything is perfect, with opportunities for revisions.
- Production Time:
- Once the proof is approved, your order will move into production:
- Standard Orders (up to 500 invitations): Approximately 5-7 business days.
- Larger Orders (500-1,000 invitations): Approximately 7-10 business days.
- Shipping Time:
- After production, your invitations will be packaged and shipped. Shipping times will depend on your selected shipping method:
- Standard Shipping: Approximately 3-5 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Approximately 1-3 business days.
2. Digital Invitations:
- Order Confirmation: Just like printed invitations, expect an order confirmation email within 24 hours.
- Design Turnaround:
- Our digital invitations can be delivered in as little as 5 minutes for simple designs or up to 48 hours for more complex requests. You’ll receive your digital file via email/text for immediate download and use!
3. Rush Orders:
If you need your invitations sooner, we offer a rush processing option for an additional fee:
- Rush Processing: Completes the design and production process in 1-3 business days. Shipping times will remain the same, so please account for this when selecting a rush order.
